The Conran Shop × It's Nice That

Integrated campaign, content & social media

Bringing The Conran Shop's London Design Festival campaign to life across digital channels.

To mark the 20th anniversary of London Design Festival in 2022, The Conran Shop partnered with creative platform It's Nice That on Meet Me in the Metaverse — a campaign exploring the intersection of design, culture and the emerging digital world.

I supported the campaign across website content, campaign messaging and social media, helping to create a cohesive digital experience and amplify the collaboration across multiple channels.

The challenge

The campaign needed to translate a high-profile creative collaboration into a compelling digital experience, while maintaining The Conran Shop's distinctive design-led brand identity.

With the London Design Festival generating significant activity across the city, there was also an opportunity to use social media to bring the campaign to life in real time and encourage audiences to engage with the collaboration beyond the physical festival.

The approach

I led the content and social rollout across the campaign, developing messaging that connected the Meet Me in the Metaverse concept with The Conran Shop's wider brand and London Design Festival activity.

The website acted as the campaign hub, supported by a coordinated social strategy designed to extend its reach and create a sense of immediacy around the festival.

Instagram was the primary social channel, with a combination of Reels, in-feed posts and live Stories used to capture and share moments from the festival as they happened.

The campaign was then amplified across YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook and Pinterest, creating a connected multi-platform experience.

The result
